COMPANY OVERVIEW

First e-Solutions, LLC. (“Company”) is a Florida Limited Liability Company formed in 2003. Headquartered Fort Lauderdale, Florida, the Company specializes in domestic and international Debit MasterCard® and Debit Maestro® Cards and domestic and international merchant services programs under sponsorship agreements with MasterCard® principal member banks and certified processors.

PROCESSOR

Major Financial Services (“MFS”) is a Texas corporations established in 1989, and is currently the eight largest processor in the world.  With offices in Addison, Texas and redundant, state-of-the-art processors installed in the NAP Center in Dallas,  MFS represents ICA 8937, ICA 8753 and ICA 10379, Processor Certification Numbers 643 and 644 and is only one of six processors worldwide connected and processing directly on the MasterCard® International Financial Network.  MFS processes insurance claims, credit and debit cards programs for issuing banks and MasterCard, VISA, American Express, Discover, Diners, JBC, Star, and MAC for acquiring banks in the US, Canada, Europe, Asia, Australia, Latin America and the Caribbean.
